Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful with full-length windows on the outer walls, quiet in the morning, and equipped with AC and heaters for convenience. They were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The service was exceptional, with everyday room service including fresh sheets and towels and always smiling staff. The location was superb, close to all the sightseeing attractions. While the dining experience was a bit repetitive and lacked fresh fruit options, the Mediterranean food was enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great value for money.
The hotel is in a prime location, very central and close to everything from Hagia Sophia to the Blue Mosque. The rooms, despite being clean and comfortable, are a tad too small. The service was exceptional, especially with Irfan and Tamer always ready to assist. The dining options, while good, lack variety and can become repetitive. Overall, a great value for the money with an excellent location and friendly staff.
The hotel offers a lovely spacious one-bedroom suite, but being on the first floor facing the street can be noisy. The rooms are clean and big, with all amenities, and the hotel's restaurant provides excellent fare at very good prices.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms are really nice and close to all the places I wanted to visit. They are meant for 3 guests, with a shower only, and no bath, designed in an Ottoman authentic style, clean, and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast in the restaurant was open buffet, and we really liked it. The hotel is close to the tram station, plus there is a Turkish bath that we highly recommend.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were smaller than I expected and facing the street, which made them noisy. However, they were clean and had good air conditioning, which was a saving grace during hot summer nights. The bottles of water provided were a nice touch, but the difficulty operating some room features was frustrating, although the staff helped promptly.
